The modern and fully computerised technology-logistics centre in Pruszków, located 2.5 km from the A2 motorway, allows us to conduct our business on an international scale.
We have two warehouses with a total area of 27 000 sqm with separate customs warehouses, holding 35 000 euro-pallets

What are the benefits of using the B2B platform?
The B2B platform allows you to order our products 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You have access to our assortment, current information about products and their stock at any time. Benefit from promotions, track the status of your orders and download documents.
How can I access the Platform?
To access the B2B e-commerce platform, you should complete the registration form. Your registration will be sent to our Customer Service Department, who will contact you regarding access to the B2B Platform. If you are already our partner, you can also submit a request for using the platform to our representative.
I need complete information about products, will I find it in the Platform?
Yes. Each product in the system includes full characteristics, technical parameters and available versions. Additionally, attachments, product cards, photos and certificates are available.
I am a GTV customer but I have not used B2B so far. Will I keep the continuity of cooperation and historical data when starting to use the platform?
Of course. All historical transactions and current orders placed via B2B, with the participation of our sales representative or directly by the Customer Service Department are available in the platform.
How long does it take to send my order from B2B to fulfilment?
The order entered via B2B is sent to us immediately and we can start the fulfilment process. In addition, we provide full transparency and orders placed by a sales representative or directly in DOK are immediately visible in B2B.
I buy in GTV, can I easily enter the purchase document into my accounting system?
In the system, we provide the ability to download invoices in XML ECOD format supported by leading accounting / ERP systems. It makes it easy for you to import the document into your system.
Is the platform free to use?
Using the B2B platform does not involve any additional costs.
